The BasicNet Group acquires Sundek^®

On Thursday, December 4th, the BasicNet Group, owner of the brands Kappa^®, Robe di Kappa^®, K-Way^®, Superga^®, Sebago^®, Briko^® and Woolrich^®, announces that it has reached an agreement to acquire the Sundek^® brand, together with 100% of Kickoff S.p.A.—the current owner and operator of the brand, controlled by Winnie S.r.l. Founded in San Francisco in 1958, Sundek^® was among the first brands to shape surfwear, becoming one of the key players in the emerging Californian surf culture. The acquisition of Sundek^® allows BasicNet S.p.A. to further enrich its portfolio with another storied brand that fits perfectly within the Group’s strategy.
