On February 12^th 2026 the Board of Directors of BasicNet S.p.A. reviewed the 2025 preliminary figures in the headquarters in Turin. Aggregate sales of Group brands products worldwide of 1.2 billion euros: 907.7 million by commercial licensees, and direct sales +318 million by productive licensees’ sales. Consolidated revenues of 415.8 million, up 1.6% on the previous year as follows: royalties from commercial and productive licensees of 66.3 million and direct sales up to 348.5 million. EBITDA of 54.1 million; EBIT of 31.8 million. BasicNet distributed dividends of circa 7.4 million euros in 2025 and acquired treasury shares for 14.4 million.
